I am surprise nobody released this yet but Digital Ocean has been cardable for months now.

Steps:
- Signup using a fresh email address
- Use a sock5 proxy related to the country of the CC you're going to use
- After email verification, enter the CC billing information
- Order a 2GB RAM Server
- After 24 hours, the server will be charged automatically and if the CC is valid it'll process the payment and your account will be eligible for higher end servers (up to $600)
These servers will work for the full 30 days due to the fact DigitalOcean charges you per hour and not per month.
